JUDGMENT
[1]The claim is struck out unless by 12 noon on 1 November 2017 the Claimant sends to the Tribunal and the Respondent the following:1.1 Copies of all documents relied upon by him to prove that he has the medical conditions Wolff Parkinson White Syndrome and atrial fibrillation.1.2 A statement of evidence as to the adverse effects of those conditions on his ability to carry out day to day activities, the length of time those effects have, the severity of those effects and how the Respondent knew or should have known of his disability and the effects of his medication on his condition.1.3 A statement of evidence as to the way in which he alleges the Respondent discriminated against him, such complaints being limited to the matters set out in paragraphs 18 and 19 of the Tribunal order of 15 June 2017, page 65 of the Tribunal bundle of documents.[2]If the Claimant fails to comply with the above order his claim is struck out. Case No: 3300380/2017[3]If the Claimant does comply with the above order the claim will be re-listed for hearing over 2 days. The parties are by 15 November 2017 to send to the Tribunal a list of available dates for hearing in the period 2 January 2018 to 31 March 2018.[4]The Claimant is ordered to pay to the Respondent the sum of £3500 towards its costs of the hearing on 3 October 2017.
