JUDGMENT
(1) The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal contrary to the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded and successful. We have declined to make any award in respect of remedy by reference to: (1) adjustments to reflect the possibility that the claimant would have been dismissed in time anyway; and (ii) reductions of the basic and compensatory awards in accordance with S 122(2) and 123 (6) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.(2) The claimant’s claims for discrimination on the grounds of disability contrary to the Equality Act 2010 are not well-founded and are dismissed.(3) The claimant’s claim for breach of contract is unsuccessful and dismissed.
