Whereas the Claimant’s date of birth is 20 November 1979, her length of service was between 2 May 2006 and 10 January 2017, and her gross weekly wage was £279.23 and the net equivalent was £249.23, Employment Judge Smail orders as follows:[1]The Claimant’s claims of breach of contract (in the form of unpaid notice pay); to a redundancy payment; and for accrued but untaken holiday are well-founded.[2]The Respondent must pay the Claimant a redundancy payment in the sum of £2792.30.[3]The Respondent must pay the Claimant notice pay in the sum of £2,492.30 net.[5]The Respondent must pay the Claimant 20 days holiday pay in the sum of £1,119.92 gross.[6]The Claimant may recover Tribunal fees in the sum of £390 from the Ministry of Justice.
