JUDGMENT
BY CONSENT (Rule 64 Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013)[1]The Respondent is ordered to pay the following sums to the Claimant. 1.1. £1572.00 in lieu of unused holiday 1.2. £360.00 in lieu of notice 1.3. £1260.00 for salary prior up to termination date[2]The aggregate is therefore £3192. All sums are expressed as gross figures, and the Respondent will calculate and deduct appropriate sums for PAYE (if any) and account to HMRC for such PAYE, and pay the appropriate net amount (without any other deduction) to the Claimant within 14 days.
