JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is well founded. The claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]The claimant does not have a disability within the meaning of section 10 of the Equality Act 2010. As such the disability discrimination claims are not well founded and are dismissed.[3]The claimant is awarded the sum of £5220.42 as a remedy for unfair dismissal. The respondent is to pay the claimant the sum of £5220.42 forthwith.
