The claims are struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 9 November 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because[2]They appear to have no reasonable prospect of success because they were presented more than three months after the alleged unauthorised deduction from wages, not within the time limit in S.23 of the Employment rights Act 1996 and therefore the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider them.[3]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claims are therefore struck out.
