[1]The effective date of termination of the claimant’s employment was 30 March 2016.[2]The employment tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear his claim of unfair dismissal because it was not presented within the time limit specified in section 111(2) Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The employment tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear his claim for a redundancy payment because it was not presented within the time limit specified in section 164 Employment Rights Act 1996.[4]Both claims are dismissed.
