JUDGMENT
The first respondent is ordered to pay the claimant unpaid wages under the protective award made on 20 September 2024 in the sum of £3,231.90. The Recoupment Regulations apply.REASONS
[1]The first respondent’s administrators having given their consent to such a claim proceeding, at a hearing on 20 September 2024 the Tribunal made a protective award in favour of the claimant.[2]At the date of their dismissal the claimant’s weekly gross pay was £665.00 and accordingly the claimant was entitled to remuneration of £8,551.90 the protected period. They have received £5,320.00 on account of this from the Secretary of State.[3]The parties were given an opportunity to show cause why the Tribunal should not enter judgment against the first respondent for the balance of the remuneration due. No such representations have been received and therefore judgment is entered against the first respondent as above for the unpaid balance. Approved by:
