JUDGMENT
(1) On the Respondent’s admission that it failed to afford the Claimant the right to paid annual leave, and by consent, the Claimant is awarded £846.92 gross for accrued but untaken annual leave as at the date of the termination of his employment.(2) On the Respondent’s admission that it failed to pay the Claimant for the three days 25—27 August 2020, and by consent, the Claimant is awarded £170.84 gross for accrued but untaken annual leave as at the date of the termination of his employment.(3) The Claimant’s complaint of wrongful dismissal is well-founded and the Respondent shall pay him damages in the sum of £400 gross.(4) All gross sums shall be payable subject to any deductions for tax and or National Insurance required by law.
