JUDGMENT

Whereas the Claimant’s date of birth is 17 July 1953, his length of service was between 1 July 1999 and 10 January 2017, and his gross weekly wage was £451.92 and the net equivalent was £352.50, Employment Judge Smail orders as follows:[1]The Claimant’s claims of unauthorised deductions from earnings (that is to say wages owed); breach of contract (in the form of unpaid notice pay); to a redundancy payment; and for accrued but untaken holiday are well-founded.[2]The Respondent must pay the Claimant wages owed in the sum of £361.53 gross.[3]The Respondent must pay the Claimant notice pay in the sum of £4,230 net.[4]The Respondent must pay the Claimant a redundancy payment in the sum of £11,523.96.[5]The Respondent must pay the Claimant 2 days holiday pay in the sum of £180.76 gross.
