JUDGMENT

[1]On the parties reaching settlement between themselves, and on the respondent without admission of liability, agreeing to pay the claimant £1000, no later than 12 February 2018, the claimant agrees to withdraw his complaint before the tribunal.

[2]The claim is accordingly stayed until 12 February 2018, for payment by the respondent to the claimant of the sums agreed. If no application to reinstate the claim by this date is made, the claim will stand withdrawn and the claim dismissed the next following day.
