[1]The correct title of the Respondent is Mawsley Day Nursery Limited.[2]This case proceeds under Case Number: 3300138/2023. Case Numbers: 3300144/2023 and 3300458/2023 are dismissed on the basis that they are duplicate cases.[3]The Claimant was dismissed on 13 December 2022 on the ground of redundancy.[4]The Respondent has ceased to trade, has no financial resources and there is a proposal to strike the company off the Register.[5]At the time of the Claimant’s dismissal, the Claimant was entitled to the following sums for which they have Judgment by Default:- 5.1. Notice Pay: £ 2,660.00 5.2. Statutory Redundancy Pay: £ 2,660.00 5.3. Outstanding Holiday Pay: £ 665.00 5.4.
