JUDGMENT

Whereas the Claimant’s date of birth is 12 May 1958, his length of service was between 4 October 2010 and 10 January 2017, and his gross weekly wage was £413.55 and the net equivalent was £323.10, Employment Judge Smail orders as follows:[1]The Claimant’s claims of unauthorised deductions from earnings (that is to say wages owed); breach of contract (in the form of unpaid notice pay); to a redundancy payment; and for accrued but untaken holiday are well-founded.[2]The Respondent must pay the Claimant wages owed in the sum of £137 gross.[3]The Respondent must pay the Claimant notice pay in the sum of £1938.60 net.[4]The Respondent must pay the Claimant a redundancy payment in the sum of £3,721.95.[5]The Respondent must pay the Claimant 2 days holiday pay in the sum of £165.42 gross.[6]The Respondent must pay the Claimant’s Tribunal fees in the sum of £390.
