Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 - Rule 21[1]The claimant was dismissed unfairly.[2]The respondent must pay the claimant 2 weeks’ pay by way of a basic award within the meaning of section 119 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 in the sum of £1076.[3]The respondent owes the claimant by way of unpaid wages within the meaning of section 27 of that Act a total of £25,164.60 gross, i.e. before the deduction of income tax and national insurance contributions.[4]The respondent owes the claimant accrued holiday pay of £3,978.95 gross.
