Rule 21 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[1]The respondent failed to present a response to the claim and judgment is entered in favour of the claimant as follows.[2]The respondent must pay £2,955.00 to the claimant in respect of unlawful deductions from wages.[3]The respondent must pay £923.07 to the claimant as compensation for breach of contract.[4]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment. The respondent must pay £923.07 to the claimant as a redundancy payment.[5]The respondent must pay £901.53 to the claimant in respect of accrued holiday pay.
