JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant is a disabled person within the definition in section 6(2) of the Equality Act 2010.[2]The Claimant has each of the following conditions which each satisfy the definition of disability within the definition in section 6(1) of the Equality Act 2010. 2.1. Left Knee Osteoarthritis (Impact Statement: Condition 1) 2.2. Asthma (Impact Statement: Condition 6) 2.3. Thyrotoxicosis (Impact Statement: Condition 8A)[3]In relation to the other matters which are also alleged to be impairments satisfying the definition of disability (either by themselves, or in combination with other conditions), no decision has been made.[4]Furthermore, no decision has been made in relation to the Respondent’s knowledge, or otherwise, about any impairment or its effects on the Claimant.[5]None of the complaints are struck out.
