No response having been received to the claimant’s claim:[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract and is awarded the sum of £346.15.[2]The claimant has suffered unlawful deductions form her wages in the gross sum of £553.11, together with £135 for unpaid pension contributions and unpaid expenses of £126.45.[3]The claimant was not paid for accrued but untaken holidays amounting to 2.8 days - £195.23.[4]Accordingly, the claimant has judgment for the sum of £553.11 gross and the further sum of £667.83 as set out above.
