Unfair Constructive Dismissal – section 111 Employment Rights Act 1996[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair constructive dismissal was presented to the Tribunal on 4 January 2018. He resigned on 23 February 2018. The claim was premature and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider it. It is therefore dismissed.
