[1]The claim of constructive unfair dismissal is struck out because of lack of jurisdiction as the claimant does not have two years’ continuous service with the respondent.[2]Upon the respondent sending to the claimant by not later than 2pm today, a copy of his P45, wage slips for the period 2 to 30 September 2019, and £100 to cover the fixed penalty incurred by the claimant for having failed to submit his self-assessment tax form by 31 January 2020, all remaining claims against the respondent are dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant. ..………………………………………………..
