[1]The claim for unfair dismissal was not presented within the applicable time limits. It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to have presented her claim for unfair dismissal by 22 December 2022, and in any event the claim was not presented within a reasonable period thereafter.[2]The claim for disability discrimination was not presented within the applicable time limits. It would not be just and equitable to extend the time limit for bringing the claim.[3]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to determine the claims of unfair dismissal and disability discrimination.
