JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent having failed to present a response, the claim was determined at a hearing in accordance with Rule 21(2) Employment Tribunal Rules 2013.[2]The claimant’s claim of unpaid wages is upheld.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum £3528.00 (less any deductions for tax or national insurance) within 28 days of the date that this judgment is sent to the parties.[4]The sum is calculated as follows, the figures having been taken from the claimant’s pay slips:a. £1800 unpaid wages and holiday pay for the month commencing 1 July 2021.b. £1728 unpaid holiday pay for the month commencing 1 August 2021.
