[1]By an Unless Order dated 7 March 2022, made under Rules 29 and 38 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, the Tribunal required the claimant to:(1) Comply with the earlier order of Employment Judge Massarella (made at the preliminary hearing on 25 October 2021) by 18 March(2) At the same time explain his failure for not complying with that order earlier[2]The claimant has not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 7 March 2022.[3]The hearing fixed for 27-30 September 2022 will not take place.
