Mr I Ahmed was an employee throughout his period of work for the Respondent, i.e. from a date on or around 12 August 2006 until dismissal. At no stage was he a mere worker or self-employed contractor.3. Both Ms T Brown and Mr I Ahmed have the right to bring a claim for unfairdismissal.
