JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By letter dated 31 March 2021, the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant, ordering her order to provide a schedule of loss. She did not do so. By letter dated 20 May 2021, the Tribunal wrote to her again, warning her that, if she did not do so by 27 May 2021, a Judge would consider striking her claim out on the ground that it was not being actively pursued. In a further letter, sent by email and post to the Claimant on 2 June 2021, time was extended for compliance with that order to 7 June 2021.[2]The claimant did not comply. Indeed, she has not complied with any of the Tribunal’s orders, including the original orders to provide a witness statement and bundle of documents to the Tribunal for today’s hearing. She did not attend the hearing, and did not respond to attempts by the Tribunal administration to contact her on the telephone number she had provided. Case Number: 3220508/2020[3]I am satisfied that the claim has not been actively pursued, and it is struck out.
