JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims for unpaid wages, contractually agreed bonus, Notice pay and unpaid holiday pay are allowed as follows: i. Unpaid wages, 3 weeks at 35 hours at £9.00 per hour, being £945.00; ii. Bonus, balance unpaid of agreed £1,000 bonus being £750.00; iii. Holiday pay, 14 days at 7 hours at £9.00 per hours, being £882.00; iv. Notice pay, 1 week, calculated at 35 hours at £9.00 per hour being £315.[2]The total adjudged as owing from the Respondent to the Claimant is therefore £2,892.00
