C Romain v British Airways Cityflyer Ltd: 3219999/2020

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 3219999/2020
Chantale RomainClaimantBritish Airways Cityflyer LimitedRespondent
Employment Judge BurgherDate 27 July 2021

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 25 May 2021, the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 25 February 2021 and 08 April 2021 and it has not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 20, 21 and 22 July 2022 will not take place.
