[1]The claims of unfair dismissal and in respect of unlawful deductions from wages are struck out and DISMISSED because a tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear them.[2]The claims have not been brought within the relevant time limits set out in section 111 and section 23(2) Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The Employment Judge declines to extend the time limit and is satisfied that there are no reasons why it was not reasonably practicable for the Claimant to present his claims within the relevant time limits.
