JUDGMENT
[1]The claims for direct disability discrimination, contrary to section 13 of the Equality Act 2010, are dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]Ten of the Claimant’s complaints of unfavourable treatment because of something arising in consequence of the Claimant’s disability, contrary to s 15 of the Equality Act 2010, are dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant, the remaining complaints fail and are dismissed.[3]Ten of the Claimant’s complaints of harassment related to the Claimant’s disability, contrary to s 26 of the Equality Act 2010, are dismissed on Case Numbers: 3219922/2020 3200679/2021 withdrawal by the Claimant, the remaining complaints fail and are dismissed.[4]The complaint of victimisation, contrary to s 27 of the Equality Act 2010, fails and is dismissed.
