JUDGMENT
[1]The correct Respondent in this case is L.A.B Facilities Management Limited. By consent, they are substituted in place of Mr Lawrence Brown who is removed as a party.[2]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from Mr Duharty’s wages and is ordered to pay Mr Duharty the gross sum of £740 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[3]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from Mr Mucka’s wages and is ordered to pay Mr Mucka the sum of £240 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[4]Mr Mucka’s claims for unfair dismissal and breach of contract in respect of expenses are dismissed.
