Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £326.19[2]The Respondent has failed to provide the Claimant with itemised pay statements for the week ending 29 March 2020 and for each of the weeks during the period 16 October 2020 to 18 November 2020.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £883.34 under s 12(4) of the Employment Rights Act 1996, being the aggregate of the unnotified deductions from the Claimant’s pay in the period of thirteen weeks immediately preceding the presentation of her claim form.[4]The total sum that the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant forthwith is £1209.53
