JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages.[2]The Respondent failed to provide a written statement of particulars of employment.[3]The Respondent failed to provide to the Claimant his payslips.[4]The Respondent was in breach of contract.[5]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant compensation of £3,614.04 composed of:(1) £1,094.04 for unauthorised deductions from wages excluding holiday pay;(2) £270 for unauthorised deductions from wages in the form of holiday pay;(3) £1,800 for failing to provide a written statement of particulars of employment; 1 of 2 Case Number: 3219826/2020 V(4) £450 for breach of contract.[6]The Respondent is additionally ordered to pay the Claimant’s costs of £720.
