[1]The Respondent is to pay the Claimant the sum of £384.62 gross by way of unpaid notice pay. This is for 1 weeks’ notice pay.[2]The Respondent is to pay the Claimant the sum of £1653.83 gross by way of accrued holiday. This is 21.5 days of accrued holiday at £76.92 per day.[3]The Respondent is to pay the Claimant the sum of £604.11 gross by way of arrears of pay, reflecting the additional hours worked by the Claimant over the period from week commencing 29 June 2020 to week commencing 17 August 2020.[4]The Respondent is to pay the Claimant the sum of £362.09 by way of unpaid pension contributions, reflecting the difference between contributions of £7304.01 which ought to have been paid and the contributions of £6941.92 which were paid.
