JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was dismissed on grounds of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,045.20. This shall be paid to the Claimant by 12th November 2021.[2]The Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal and detrimental treatment contrary to Part Time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2000 are not well founded and are dismissed. Her claims seeking notice pay, holiday pay, compensation for failure to provide statement of terms (per s1 to 4 Employment Rights Act 1996) and seeking an ACAS uplift (per s207A Trade Union & Labour Relations Consolidation Act 1992) are not well founded and are dismissed.
