[1]The Claimant’s claim fails and is dismissed.REASONS
[1]The Claimant presented his claim to the Tribunal on 6 November 2020 claiming £556.77 in respect of unpaid wages, notice pay and expenses for PPE (boots, trousers and high visibility jacket).[2]The Respondent submitted its response on 14 January 2021 denying the claims. The Respondent states that the Claimant was under contract for supply as an agency worker to other organisations. The Respondent asserts that the claimant failed to attend assignments and is not entitled to the sums claimed. Case Number: 3213355/2020 A[3]The Claimant has not complied with Tribunal orders dated 8 December 2020 regarding the disclosure of documentation and evidence to support his claim. He has not made any contact with the Respondent to cooperate in preparing for the hearing.[4]Further, the Claimant also has not attended the Tribunal for the final hearing and there was no explanation for his non-attendance.[5]This was a final hearing. The Claimant has not attended to give evidence to establish his claims. His claims therefore fail and are dismissed.
