JUDGMENT

[1]The claim of sex discrimination SUCCEEDS.[2]The Claimant is awarded compensation for injury to feelings in the sum of £11,000 payable to her by the Respondent within 28 days.[3]The Respondent failed to provide a written statement of the Claimant’s employment particulars and she is awarded the amount of two weeks’ pay in the sum of £ 865.38 calculated gross which must be paid to her within 28 days.[4]The complaint of pregnancy and maternity discrimination under section 18 Equality Act 2010 does not succeed and is DISMISSED.
