JUDGMENT
The complaints that there was a failure to make a reasonable adjustment by:(1) failing to undertake a risk assessment; and(2) failing to refer the Claimant to a health professional; and(3) failing to provide him with information about adjustments are struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay three deposits of £50.00 per allegation following a preliminary hearing held on 1 March 2021. The Order was sent to the claimant on 9 March 2021.The claimant has failed to pay these deposits.[2]The complaints set out above are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]The other complaints set out in the List of Issues will be heard at a final hearing.
