JUDGMENT

The Claimants claim for automatically unfair dismissal for making a protected disclosure under S.103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is struck out.

REASONS

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £50 following a Preliminary Hearing held on 15 February 2023. The Order was sent to the claimant on 28 February 2023. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of automatically unfair dismissal for making a protected disclosure under S.103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 31 October 1 & 2 November 2023 will not take place.
