[1]The Claimant’s claims for unpaid holiday pay and unpaid salary succeeds.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £3439.01 in respect of his claims consisting of:2.1 3.36 days unpaid holiday at £169.23 per day £568.612.2 12 days unpaid wages from 6 May 2021 to 21 May 2021 £2030.762.3 Underpayment of wages 23 May 2021 to 22 August 2021 £839.64[3]I calculate the amount of payment on a gross basis, but the respondent is entitled to make any deductions which are due for tax and national insurance contributions before payment is made to the Claimant.
