The unanimous judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claims of pregnancy and maternity discrimination are not made out and are dismissed.[2]The claims of harassment by reason of pregnancy and maternity are dismissed.[3]The Respondent failed to pay in whole or in part an amount to which the Claimant was entitled under section 56 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. - 1 - Case No: 3206908/2021[4]The Respondent must pay the Claimant the sum of £236.12, being the amount due to her by reason of section 56 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
