JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent’s name is amended to Kaplan Essex Ltd.[2]The name of the respondent on the claim form is not the same as the name of the respondent in the early conciliation certificate. The tribunal finds that the claimant made an error in respect of the name of the respondent and that it would not be in the interests of justice to reject the claim.[3]Permission is granted to amend to 23/07/21 the date of dismissal stated within the claim form. Case Number: 3206319/2021[4]The relevant period of employment commenced on 14th September 2020. At the effective date of termination, the claimant had not been continuously employed by the respondent for a period of 2 years. Consequently, the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claim for unfair dismissal and the claim is dismissed.
