JUDGMENT

[1]At the relevant times the claimant was not a disabled person as defined by section[6]Equality Act 2010 because of plantar fasciitis, hypertension, chest pain or sciatica. 2. The complaints of direct disability discrimination, indirect disability discrimination, unfavourable treatment because of something arising in consequence of disability and failure to make reasonable adjustments are therefore dismissed. 3. The complaints of unfair dismissal and unauthorised deductions from wages will be determined at a final hearing on 9th, 10th, 14th and 15th January 2025.
