JUDGMENT
BY CONSENT The Respondent agrees to pay to the Claimant within 14 days the following amounts in respect of her claims for unlawful deductions from wages and unpaid holiday pay, the amounts stated below are the gross figures and are to be paid subject to the relevant deductions for tax and national insurance:[1]80 hours pay at £14 per hour in respect of outstanding pay for August 2022, being £1,120.00;[2]64 hours pay at £12 per hour in respect of outstanding holiday carried forward from leave year 2020/2021, being £768.00;[3]48 hours pay at £12 per hour in respect of leave carried forward from 2021/2022, being £576.00;[4]26 hours pay at £14 per hour in respect of outstanding holiday pay for the leave year 2022/2023, being £364.00.[5]The total sum agreed as outstanding and which is to be paid to the Claimant is £2,828.00 gross.
