JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment which the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant in the gross sum of THREE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FOUR POUNDS AND TWELVE PENCE (£3,324.12) [6 weeks x £554.02 gross weekly pay].[2]The Tribunal records that on 12 July 2023, The Insolvency Service paid the claimant the sum of £552.30 by way of a statutory redundancy payment and accordingly credit shall be given in respect of that sum in terms of any further payment that may be made to the claimant in relation to the statutory redundancy payment awarded to the claimant pursuant to paragraph 1.2 of this Judgment by The Insolvency Service.
