JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the respondent is amended to Morgarten Restaurants Lakeside Limited (in creditors’ voluntary liquidation).[2]The complaint in respect of unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £802.70 forthwith being unpaid wages due to the claimant for the month of her employment which ended on 14 September 2022, and which was due to have been paid to her on 6 October 2022.[3]The payment referred to in paragraphs 2 above is a gross payment and the claimant is to pay over to the appropriate authorities any income tax and employee national insurance contributions due in respect of such sum on receipt by her.
