REASONS

[1]The hearing was due to start at 10am. The notice of hearing appeared to be in order.[2]Judgment was recently given on 3 June 2023 for Mr Nowak against Becave Ltd in case 3205521/2022. The claims in that case appear to be very similar to the claims Mr Nowak brings in this case.[3]Neither claimant had filed any documents or witness statements. There was no contact from either Claimant to explain their absence. The clerk confirmed that neither Claimant had been in contact with the Tribunal by phone or by email. I waited until 10 past 10 to see whether either Claimant would arrive. Neither claimant attended and neither claimant was represented at the hearing.
