JUDGMENT
[1]From October 2020 to September 2022, the Claimant was not an employee of the Respondent within the meaning of section 230 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]From October 2020 to September 2022, the Claimant was a worker of the Respondent within the meaning of section 230 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The Claimant’s application to amend her claim to include a claim of Unfair Dismissal is refused. Given the Judgment in (1) above, the Claimant has no standing to bring such a claim in any event.
