JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal decided that the date on which payment of holiday pay should have been made was 25 August 2022 and, therefore, that the claim for unpaid holiday pay is in time.[2]The Tribunal decided that the latest act to which the claim for discrimination relates was on 29 July 2022 and, therefore, the claim for discrimination is out of time. The Tribunal decided that there was no period for which it would be just and equitable to extend the time for the claim to be made. The Tribunal therefore decided that this claim is out of time.[3]The Tribunal dismisses the claim of race discrimination.
