[1]None of the parties attended or were represented at this Preliminary Hearing. The Tribunal is today informed by ACAS that this case was settled on 15 February 2022 and a COT3 was signed. This is confirmed by an email of today’s date from the Claimant’s former representative. No formal notification of settlement through ACAS is on the Tribunal file but there is no doubt that this case has been the subject of a proper settlement agreement.[2]However, in all the circumstances and pursuant to Rule 47 Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, I have considered all the information available and hereby DISMISS all the claims in this case.
