[1]the Claimant worked under a contract of employment;[2]the Respondent dismissed the Claimant on 6 October 2022;[3]the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages in respect of the work she carried out in September 2022 in the amount of £807.23 gross;[4]contrary to Regs 13 and 14 Working Time Regulations 1998, the Respondent failed to pay the Claimant on termination of her employment in respect of accrued, but untaken, holiday carried forward from the 2021/2022 leave period, the sum of £560 gross;[5]the total compensation awarded is £1,367.23 gross, from which the Respondent shall deduct tax and national insurance as required, paying the balance directly to the Claimant, accompanied by a clear statement, showing how much has been deducted.
