JUDGMENT

[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to Annabelle’s Health and Welness Ltd.[2]The claim for breach of contract in respect of unpaid notice pay succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £409.98 to reflect the lack of notice pay in the period 1 – 10 August 2021.[3]The claim of unlawful deductions from wages in relation to wages due to the Claimant pursuant to her July 2021 payslip succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £50.88 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[4]The claim of unlawful deductions from wages in respect of 3.5 hours of unpaid holiday pay succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £28.20.[5]The claim for unlawful deductions from wages in respect of an additional £112 said to be due during the notice period is dismissed upon withdrawal.[6]The claim for unlawful deductions from wages in respect of pension contributions is dismissed upon withdrawal. Case Number: 3205557/2021[7]The Respondent’s counter-claim is dismissed upon withdrawal.[8]Thus, the total net sum the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant without deduction for tax or national insurance is £489.06.
